I have two (2) boxes of regular lasagne noodles. I have a whole bunch of ricotta (40 oz). I have a whole bunch of mozarella (about 3 lbs). I have at least a cup of grated parmesan. I have a little cottage cheese. I have a quart or more of homemade meat sauce. I have several large jars of commercial tomato sauce.
It's rainy and cold.
Give me quantities or proportions to make either two 9x13-inch pans' worth, or one broiling pan's worth.
